    This is our story

    Alexandersson Law was founded by Janet Alexandersson in 2008 as an online first law firm.

    Over the years we have helped thousands of freelancers, startups, and small businesses incorporate, protect their intellectual property, get contractually safe, and better navigate the legal risks they come across when they do business.

    Gradually we have moved to focus on helping our clients draft, understand and negotiate contracts.

    In 2018 we were asked to help an entire community of professionals get access to all the legal documents they needed to do business safely.

    This led us to create user focused, customized legal templates that were then sold inside the community. Since then over 7000 documents have been sold inside that community alone.

    It has been a triple win for the members, the business owner and for us.

    We now have many happy affiliates around the world and are always interested in welcoming more.
